I'm Milena, a Polish-Kiwi violinist, photographer, travel addict, language lover & meditator (+ISFP, Aquarius & Mani Gen in Human Design:)) who learned face massage by a happy accident and, through it, discovered my inner healer. :)

Lift Me Up was born out of love for this holistic practice, and when I realised all the things I'm passionate about share the common thread of lifting people up and helping them connect with their hearts and bodies - and, ultimately, give more love to themselves, each other, and our beautiful planet.
